Martina Klich, Producer

Martina began her career in advertising production at Palme d'Or winning production company, Hungry Man, London before moving to multi-BAFTA winning production company Tiger Aspect Productions and then to the media department at Amnesty International where Martina produced the critically acclaimed short, OXYGEN with director Lisle Turner in addition to several other projects. In 2008 Martina worked at Tribeca, New York and later in the year script edited CANVAS for Revolution, London before working freelance for Miramax, Vox3 and Open City amongst others. Martina associate produced the features, LAS PAREDES HABLAN and EL CIELO ES AZUL before taking the lead as a producer on the feature HERE AND NOW. In addition to this, Martina has been a script development advisor for MEDIA, the European audio-visual fund. She splits here time between New York and London.

Andrew Eaton, Executive Producer

Andrew Eaton was named producer of the year at the BIFAs in 2000 and in 2002 he won a BAFTA for IN THIS WORLD (Best Foreign Language). He co-founded Revolution with Michael Winterbottom in 1994, after their award-winning collaboration on the BBC drama FAMILY. From their base in Clerkenwell Andrew has produced 28 features over the following fifteen-year period including all of Michael Winterbottom's directorial output. As part of Revolution's current push to expand their portfolio of talent and projects Andrew produced 2009's BAFTA winning trilogy RED RIDING. In 2010 he was the executive producer of Samantha Morton's debut film THE UNLOVED, again winning a BAFTA (Best Single Drama). In 2011 Andrew produced 360 directed by Fernando Mereilles (CITY OF GOD, THE CONSTANT GARDENER). Michael Winterbottom's THE LOOK OF LOVE premiered at 2013 Sundance 2013 and later that year Ron Howard's RUSH was released to great acclaim.

Wendy Bevan-Mogg, Executive Producer

Wendy Bevan-Mogg is currently part of Creative England's talent team. Before taking this position she line produced several features including Rufus Norris' BROKEN and Nick Whitfield's SKELETONS, and has worked in development, production, distribution and sales.

John Farquhar-Smith, Executive Producer

John Farquhar-Smith has twenty-five years experience in large and complex 'one-off' events, in challenging environments, where extensive media coverage means there is a margin for error. His early career was spent in the theatre where he designed and supervised production on international shows and festivals ranging from West End and Broadway hits like Stomp to the Peking Opera and Eddie Izzard's arena tour. Having developed a keen sense of aesthetics and logistics John then applied himself to production for experiential events. He has designed and produced projects for a diverse range of global brands. Projects include arranging the world's largest custard pie fight, hosting an orchestral concert in an active shipyard for the Pet Shop Boys and organising a football match 200 miles north of the Artic circle - in winter. In recent years as founding director of FLUX Creative Consultancy, John has continued to combine entertainment and commerce with highlights including a giant indoor beach at London's O2, the BAFTA nominated, award winning Secret Policeman's Ball at the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Gala Opening of St Pancras International Station by HRH Queen Elizabeth II and recently the Olympic and Paralympic torch relays.

Will Humphris, Director of Photography

Will Humphris started his career in the features industry making tea for Tony and Ridley Scott at RSA. As soon as he saw his first camera on the set of a BHS commercial, he knew that he wanted to become a Cinematographer. Will worked his way up through the ranks in the camera department, being fortunate enough to work alongside such greats as Emmanuel Lubezki, Robert Elswit, Dion Beebe and others on such films as ALEXANDER, SYRIANA, CHILDREN OF MEN, QUANTUM OF SOLACE and CLASH OF THE TITANS amongst others. Will has shot music promos for a number of artists, including Dido and James Morrison and also shoots television commercials for big brands such as Nokia, Xbox and Honda. HERE AND NOW is Will's fourth feature and his first collaboration with Lisle Turner and Martina Klich. He hopes that there will be many more to follow.

Paul Monaghan, Editor

Paul Monaghan started out in the features industry at Revolution, where he eventually moved to the edit department in 2002. He worked as an Assistant Editor on Terry Gilliam's THE BROTHERS GRIMM, Nick Broomfield's GHOSTS and with Michael Winterbottom on A MIGHTY HEART. Michael Winterbottom's GENOVA was Paul's first feature as an editor and he proceeded to edit THE SHOCK DOCTRINE which Winterbottom co-directed with Mat Whitecross. Meanwhile, he also edited MOVING TO MARS for Mat Whitecross – winner of the Grierson Award for Best Documentary. Paul re-teamed with Michael Winterbottom on the BAFTA Award winning TV series THE TRIP starring Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. Recently Paul has edited a number of features and documentaries, including EVERYDAY for Michael Winterbottom, A FALLIBLE GIRL for Conrad Clark which premiered at Rotterdam and ALICE WALKER: BEAUTY IN TRUTH, a feature documentary for PBS's American Masters series.

Jonny Pilcher, Composer

Jonny Pilcher is a composer and sound designer working in Features, Theatre and Dance. He has scored Oscar and BAFTA nominated documentaries (MUGABE AND THE WHITE AFRICAN, YOU'VE BEEN TRUMPED, THE WAITING) and Award winning plays (Edinburgh Fringe First winner THE IDIOT COLONY, DANNY'S DEAL at the Old Vic Theatre and several pieces by acclaimed performer Andrew Dawson). Jonny has also written for contemporary dance (pieces by Darren Johnston and Isobel Cohen), outdoor events (Music for the Torch Ceremony of the Paralympic Games 2012, Music for the Popes address in Hyde park 2010) and worked with Aardman animations. He has also produced, remixed and arranged for numerous bands (Athlete, Crystal Castles, White Lies, Super Furry Animals) and provided music for many television programs. He is currently musical director for Lana Del Rey.

Neil Hillman, Sound Editor

Neil Hillman is the Joint Managing Director of The Audio Suite, a Birmingham based sound studio. Over the last decade, working under The Audio Suite's banner, Neil has recorded, sound designed and mixed award-winning features; delivered - literally - hundreds of hours of prime-time broadcast audio; and serviced many TV and radio commercials. Neil has worked on television programmes for All3Media, BBC1, BBC3, BBC4, ITV, ITV4, Channel 4 and Channel 5, National Geographic and Discovery. Neil's feature credits include NEW YORK I LOVE YOU, OFFICER DOWN and Steven Spielberg's LINCOLN. Neil is a member of the prestigious US Motion Picture Sound Editors and the UK Association of Motion Picture Sound. In 2010, Neil was recognised by The Royal Television Society when he was bestowed with their Best Production Craft Skills Award. He was also a New York Festival Medal Winner in 2008 and 2009. Alongside his commercial work, Neil is also researching a part-time Ph.D. by Creative Practise in Sound Design, looking in particular at Emotion in Sound Design at The University of York.
